I finished the DAD piece on June 18. Some people cut their letters for shapes like this. It looks better, but my “on the fly” 365-day challenge doesn’t give me a lot of time for pulling out the Silhouette. I need to try some planned pieces.

I wasn’t able to finish this pattern. Our camping cabin at Custer State Park had a nice table for indoor quilling and a nice bench on the porch for outdoor quilling. We stayed on the road most of this day, so I wasn’t able to complete this one.
I finished it a couple days later. Here’s the completed heart.
It’s been difficult to gauge the amount of strips I need for hearts while traveling. My pattern is not perfect here, but I tried.
