These circles were made with a Georgia (Go Dawgs!) magazine that I shredded in an electric shredder. It creates a different finish than my standard use of a Silhouette cutter or my pasta maker. This also shows how there is little variation with the edge when you have a white piece of paper.

I ran out of time to finish making the circles for this heart. So …. I made more on Feb. 8 to complete it.

It takes longer to use the border form to make these circle shapes vs. just rolling paper into coils or tight circles. Sigh.
