The camping cabin had a perfect porch with a bench for quilling supplies while the boys fished.
Here’s the base of my Colorado State Flag heart.
I pre-rolled some coils before the camping trip.

I wasn’t able to finish this pattern. Our camping cabin at Custer State Park had a nice table for indoor quilling and a nice bench on the porch for outdoor quilling. We stayed on the road most of this day, so I wasn’t able to complete this one.

I finished it a couple days later. Here’s the completed heart.

It’s been difficult to gauge the amount of strips I need for hearts while traveling. My pattern is not perfect here, but I tried.
