I found this old dictionary on the free table at the library. I decided for April I will focus on the #AtoZChallenge. So, I shredded several A pages from the dictionary to fill in this A.
Yikes, I can see lines!
People often ask about the use of book pages in quilling. Unless the page is a solid color, it typically doesn’t work well.
For this book (published in 1979), it offers an aged color (no bright white pages here). If I carry through with the A to Z theme, this will give me an opportunity to try different ways to showcase the words.

Since I used tiny scraps of paper, I made a smaller size heart than normal.
I realized the image I took is super fuzzy, but the day was fuzzy. We said goodbye to our dog Eddie. He was super stubborn and a barker, but such a faithful companion and shadow. He followed me everywhere. I miss him.
